Our Die Forging remains unchallenged for its versatility in producing forging in an ample variety of shapes and sizes. It excludes the need for special tooling and involves minimum setting costs, making it ideally suited to cost effective small batch production.
Our division has provides a full range of conventional and specialized heat treatment facilities. We have also undertaken Upset Forging Jobs. The main quality of Upsetter's Machines is that they have a capacity of 1-1/2”2” and 4” for all types of Automotive Axles Forging and Rings 150 to 600 mm O.D. and 5mm to 300mm. The production and development of components supported by a team of relevant field experienced directors to cover design and manufacturing of complex, own tool room, selecting proper raw materials and process controls testing and inspection.
